Is my school's data safe?

Which exam years are supported?
All WASSCE school candidate years from 2015 onwards, including the revised TVET grading system introduced in 2024.
Does it work for TVET results?
Yes. Both the old A–F grading and the new Competency-Based Training (CBT) grading scales are fully supported for all TVET programmes.
How long does processing take?
Most results listings (up to 2,500 candidates) are fully analyzed in under 15 seconds. Larger cohorts may take up to 30 seconds.
What if a candidate's result is cancelled or withheld?
These statuses are clearly flagged in the analysis. Cancelled and withheld results are counted separately and do not affect pass-rate calculations.
